Our network centre is considered to be a Tier-1 facility in terms of network connectivity and infrastructure design. Our servers are monitored 24/7 and have the ability to fix themselves if any problems occur. We offer 24/7 fault management for our customers via our toll free 0800 number.

Server Redundancy

• Our servers are setup with monitored mirrored RAID drives
• 24/7 monitored ports & internal checks of running processes. If there are any issues with a service, our system will automatically try fix the problem. If it can’t it will notify the 24/7 available on call technician to manually resolve the problem.
• Monitored Primary & Secondary DNS & Email servers. If a server goes down email will automatically be queued on our US system for delivery when primary sever is back up. A lot of hosting providers don’t offer this!
